How Much?
We endeavour to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. Our sauces will cost you £5.00, meal kits £6.00 (plus postage- or free local delivery) and once you've purchased the other ingredients you will need for each dish, it will cost less than £10.00 for 2 servings!*
Cheaper, tastier, faster and healthier than a takeaway!
*estimated cost based on supermarket chicken/beef and vegetables. Premium cuts and other meats will vary in price.
How will it arrive?
You will receive your sauce chilled (if postal) or frozen (if local delivery) in a vacuum sealed pouch. We do this for several reasons:
-Storage. Vacuum sealed pouches take up much less space in your fridge or freezer compared to a ready meal or a jar of sauce.
- Shelf Life. Frozen unopened pouches will last up to 3 months in the freezer! or 10 days in the fridge.
- Costs. Simple packaging keeps our costs down so we can pass those savings on to you.
Even table sauces are vacuum sealed, so take a look at our handy squeezy bottles for storing it.
What if I can't cook?
It doesn't matter! With our simple step by step instructions, anyone can create an incredible meal and your friends will think you've taken cooking classes! We're here to help you at every step.
What's the catch?
No catch, we promise! This idea sprung from having started diets ourselves and trying to find powerful flavours and textures that didn't make you feel like you were on a diet. Sure there are some great recipes out there, and if you're a budding chef, go for it. But for those of us who aren't so creative in the kitchen, or have busy lifestyles, working, children, caring for others, sometimes food is the last thing we think about.
We wanted to make it easy for you. It's as simple as that. Easy, quick, affordable and healthy.
Do I need anything else?
You will need to provide your own meat/fish/vegan alternative proteins, a few veggies and sides. But don't worry, we've got you! Every sauce comes with a recipe QR code with everything you will need to buy to create your fabulous dish - and it won't break the bank.
How long does it take?
It's faster than ordering a takeaway! We aren't going to tell you how to slow cook a pork joint for 3 hours, We want you to be able to make these dishes in no time at all, for everyone with a busy lifestyle, or even if you just simply can't be bothered one day. All our recipes take less than 20 mins to prepare, cook and end up on your plate.
What will I get?
You don't just get a sauce! We aim to provide you with confidence in cooking. You will receive a QR code which will take you to a recipe page for your chosen sauce. The recipes provide step by step instructions on how to cook your meal and get the most from it. We also provide helpful tips on all aspects of your dish, from how to cut costs by choosing different cuts of meat, how to bulk out your dish for larger portions, and experimenting with different meats and seasonings.
