Our sauces are posted chilled in vacuum sealed pouches, or locally delivered frozen. They are ready to use or can be frozen for up to 3 months. once defrosted they have a 10 day shelf life.

Thaw in the fridge for 6 hours or defrost in the microwave for a couple of minutes then use in your dish.
